Defining the Referral Code and its function 

You enter this specific code at the payment screen to secure a discount on Dimov Partners services. It further identifies which current client recommended us to you.

How much is the discount? 

The referral code applies a discount based on the final invoice amount:

  • $15 off for bills between $180 and $299.99.

  • $30 off for bills between $300 and $499.99.

  • $40 off for bills between $500 and $694.99.

  • $50 off for bills of $695 or higher.

This referral offer stays active for 6 months following your purchase. We also restrict new client intake to keep our work standards high. Therefore, the deal stops once we hit that volume limit.

For Existing Clients

Why pass on your Referral Code? 

This code functions as a voucher for your colleagues and family or friends. If they apply it to their purchase order, you earn a cash reward. The reward follows the same tier schedule and is refunded to the payment method used for your most recent transaction.

I hired you last year, but I do not have a code. 

We distributed codes to partners active since July 1, 2023, provided the payment email matched their contact info. If yours did not arrive, tell us, and we will correct it.

I lost my code. How do I find it? 

If you believe you own a code but cannot find it, simply write to hello@dimovpartners.com. Please list the email you paid with and the approximate date information of the transaction. Our team will assist you find it.

Checkout Steps for New Clients

  • Secure the referral code — obtain the distinct text from your contact — copying & pasting is recommended to prevent mistakes

  • Apply at checkout — begin the purchase & locate the referral field prior to submitting your payment

  • Verify the final total — make sure that the updated price mirrors the discount tier parallel to the invoice amount

  • Finalize — complete the checkout process & save the confirmation email

If a code fails, the typical problem is generally a typo & an extra space or attempting to apply it after the transaction is complete. In such situations, email hello@dimovpartners.com along with the billing email & purchase date. Discounts remain valid for 6 months after purchase and may be paused if we reach intake capacity.

How referrer rewards are paid to existing clients

When a new client uses the referral, the reward is issued as a refund to the payment method that was used for the latest Dimov Partners transaction. The reward amount is parallel to the tier schedule associated with the new client’s final invoice.

Refund processing times vary in line with the bank or card issuer. If an invoice total shift due to an adjustment or cancellation — the reward will accordingly be updated to comply the final amount billed. Dimov Partners reserves the right to decline rewards for duplicate buyer profiles.

The process after checkout

Once payment is confirmed, clients receive a confirmation by email that also indicates the next actions. New clients are invited to our secure portal to upload documentation & answer intake questions and sign forms — eliminating the necessity to share sensitive data via email.

Onboarding process can be outlined as below:

  • An intake questionnaire — regarding residency & income items and prior-year tax data

  • A document request list — W-2s & 1099s & business records and foreign reports

  • Required signatures & authorizations for e-filing as well as representation

  • A transparent review timeline — with general status updates

For US–Canada cross-border practice, we might require treaty information & foreign tax credit details and account reporting data. In the case of referring a contact, please make sure that you have their consent before sharing information. 

If you have received an IRS or state notice, upload it directly to the portal in order for our team to be able to review the history & present proper instructions. This centralized portal keeps communication organized across time zones and deadlines.
